Ed Rogers - Director
Red Jay Associates was established by Ed Rogers in 2015.
Ed is a Chartered Accountant and held in-house industry roles for over 25 years. He has worked in a variety of sectors including Investment Banking, Energy and Automotive industries, in a variety of roles within corporate finance and business management.

Ed has advised on a spectrum of strategic transactions covering M&A (small and large), divestitures, organic investment projects, fund raising and debt restructuring with extensive experience of large infrastructure projects.

He has had significant hands-on experience of product development change and business management of expansion and crisis situations. He is an acknowledged expert in resolving complex accounting issues relating to restructuring.
